Charity Exhibitor Information
As in previous years we are offering charity organisations a free pitch approx 15 feet square, with the opportunity to make a voluntary donation to assist with our arrangement costs. In return for this we ask that you do not compete with our major fund raising stalls by selling food or drinks as we shall be having the usual BBQ, Pork Roast, Refreshment Stalls and Large Tombola.
Please note that Loddon Valley Lions cannot provide any form of shelter, tables, chairs or power to Charity Stands, but you are welcome to provide your own.
Each charity stall will be granted 2 free tickets, any additional helpers will be asked to pay in the normal way on entry at the gate.

NB: Electronic submission of this form implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions on the form (reproduced below).
Terms and Conditions for Charity Exhibitors:
1. Exhibitors are advised to have their own public liability insurance and where appropriate product insurance.
2. By signing the declaration on the application form, exhibitors:
- indemnify the organisers against damage or claims caused by themselves, their property, etc,
- accept responsibility for complying with all relevant Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations and legislation and for ensuring that all goods exhibited including packaging, labelling, etc. comply with all relevant UK legislation, regulations and EC directives,
- undertake not to sell food or beverages or operate any form of Tombola,
- will comply with all reasonable requests from the organisers in respect of any action required to ensure the health, safety and welfare of themselves, the organisers and members of the public.
3. The event will be open to the public between the hours of 11am and 5pm. The field will be available for exhibitors to set up from 8am and exhibitors undertake to clear their plot, including all refuse, by 6pm. It may be possible for exhibitors to set up the previous day, but Loddon Valley Lions accept no liability for the safety and/or security of property, equipment, etc. left on the plot overnight.
4. Loddon Valley Lions accept no liability for any loss arising from the cancellation of this event.
