Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Fireworks Extravaganza

All persons attending the event are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to have undertaken to abide by them.

In all cases in these Terms and Conditions, The Organisers means Loddon Valley Lions Club (CIO). The Event means the Fireworks Extravaganza organised by Loddon Valley Lions Club (CIO).

  1. No fireworks of any kind including sparklers may be brought into the area in which the event is held including the car parks. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or group of persons found to be in possession of fireworks of any kind.
  1. No refunds will be made under any circumstances save that for advanced ticket sales where the event is cancelled by The Organisers. In this eventuality, all fees paid will be refunded via the route through which payment was originally made.
  1. In the unlikely circumstances that the event is cancelled by The Organisers, they shall not be liable for any expenses, inconvenience or other matter of any kind incurred by members of the public resulting from that cancellation other than as mentioned in Clause 2 above.
  1. All members of the public entering the area in which the event is held including the car parks do so at their own risk. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained howsoever caused either within or without the area in which the event is held.
  1. In the eventuality of inclement weather either during the event or beforehand, footpaths and viewing areas etc. may become muddy and uneven. Members of the public visiting the event are advised that appropriate and stout footwear should be worn to cater for this eventuality.
  1. All vehicles MUST be removed from the car parking areas by 10pm. The Organisers will accept no liability for any loss, injury, inconvenience or damage resulting from members of the public being unable to gain access to their vehicles after this time.
  1. Members of the public visiting the event shall not cross or move or tamper with any barrier erected to protect their safety and wellbeing during the event. Members of the public visiting the event shall comply with all requests made by the Organisers to protect their health and safety while in the area in which the event takes place, including the car parking areas.
  1. The Organisers reserve the right to request that any person exhibiting what in the opinion of The Organisers is inappropriate behaviour, remove themselves from the area of the event and, if necessary, take action to have them removed from that area.
